Terms of Service

Dialed Setups is a place where riders share the suspension setups they actually run — fork and shock pressures, damper clicks, tire pressures — next to the factory baseline. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Reading setups is free and requires no account. Submitting a setup requires an account. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

2. Not prescriptive advice

Setups here are starting points shared by riders — not prescriptive advice. Suspension and tire settings depend on rider weight, terrain, and riding style, and a wrong setting can affect how your bike handles. Check your gear, stay within your components' manufacturer limits, and adjust for yourself. You ride at your own risk.

3. Your contributions and data license

You retain ownership of the setups you submit. By submitting, you grant Dialed Setups a worldwide, non-exclusive, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display your contribution as part of the service and of the collective setups database. Submit only settings you actually run, and don't submit content you have no right to share.

The setups database as a whole is a protected database within the meaning of Directive 96/9/EC (§§ 87a ff. UrhG); Dialed Setups is its maker.

4. No bulk extraction

You may not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, or otherwise systematically extract or re-utilise any substantial part of the setups database — whether by automated or manual means, or through repeated extraction of insubstantial parts. Indexing of public pages by general-purpose search engines is permitted.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for your account and for what you publish with it. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that violate these terms, are abusive, or are fraudulent. You can delete your account at any time.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
